Parade clarification

Parade walkers should meet at the old College Street school across from Walgreens at 9:15 am. Only walkers! Float riders are still to meet at the Civic Center at 9 am.

For those walking, you may wear a white sweatshirt over the white turtleneck. We know it will be cold.
